Zero Buoyancy Fiber Optic Composite Cable is used to connect various sensors and monitoring devices, enabling real-time transmission of marine environmental data such as temperature, salinity, and water currents. It holds significant importance for marine scientific research and environmental monitoring, and is widely applied in projects like transoceanic communication and seabed observation networks. It not only transmits data but also delivers electrical power, providing energy for various deep-sea equipment. Its stable performance ensures long-distance, high-speed data transmission.

Performance: Through the use of composite materials and improved material formulations, the cable exhibits flexibility, bending resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, anti-aging properties, tensile strength, cold resistance, low-temperature tolerance, freeze resistance, waterproofing, hydrolysis and microbial resistance, oil and coolant resistance, radiation resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, scratch resistance, bending resistance, and torsion resistance, making it suitable for various harsh and complex working conditions.

Materials and Structure: Typically composed of multiple layers of materials, the outer protective layer is usually made of high-strength polymer materials with excellent chemical resistance and UV resistance to withstand corrosion and physical damage in marine environments. The intermediate insulation layer ensures that the internal optical fibers and conductive wires are unaffected by external environmental factors, maintaining the cable's electrical performance and preventing current leakage. Zero Buoyancy Characteristic: This is its core feature, allowing the cable to maintain the same density as water (seawater), neither sinking nor floating. Operating Temperature: For fixed installation of multi-core composite cables: -40°C to +90°C; for mobile installation: -30°C to +90°C.

Bending Radius: The minimum bending radius of the cable should not be less than 6 times the actual outer diameter of the cable.

Fiber Attenuation: For zero buoyancy cables, fiber attenuation at 1310nm is ≤0.35dB/km.

Radiation Resistance: 80,000,000 cJ/kg.

Voltage Resistance: For zero buoyancy cables, voltage resistance is 450/750V.
